What we collect

RenoCost may collect project details, location, contact details, requested timeline and optional photos when you ask us to process a contractor-availability request. We also record optional marketing consent separately.

Why we collect it

We use project information to calculate a planning estimate, manage availability requests, match active-market requests with suitable contractors and understand demand in markets where coverage is still expanding.

How requests may be shared

When you consent to a contractor request in an active market, your project may be shared with up to five matching contractors. In markets without coverage, your request is stored as a waitlist/market-expansion request and is not sold as an active marketplace lead.

Optional marketing

Marketing email is optional. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Service-related responses about your project request are handled separately from optional marketing messages.
